In Australia we specifically market our coffees under brands such as Moccona, Harris and l’Or Espresso. In the café and foodservice environment we are well known with brands like Douwe Egberts Coffee, Piazza d’Oro, Manfredi and Two Seasons and Pickwick tea. D.E Coffee & Tea Australia/New Zealand is headquartered in Sydney and has interstate offices & showrooms in every main state of Australia. Our Roastery is located in Kingsgrove, Sydney. A separate office is located in Auckland, to service the New Zealand market. Moccona was the first brand brought to Australia from the Netherlands in the 60’s, first by a local distributor, later as part of the Sara Lee organization. Harris is our local Australian coffee brand, acquired in the 90’s. The ties with the Netherlands are still very close as our Freeze dried instant coffee Moccona is produced in Joure, Friesland. Our local Australian Master Blenders work closely with Dutch Master Blenders to ensure adherence to local taste profiles and high quality standards.
