Thinking about starting a business in Australia or expanding to Australia? For Dutch entrepreneurs coming to Australia, the diplomatic missions in Australia have created the document ‘Doing business in Australia’ . This document provides information with regards to the Australian government system, legislation, the public tender system and the different business organisations in Australia. In addition, the document provides an overview of setting up a business in Australia, visa procedures, business registration and details surrounding local employees and pensions. ‘Doing business in Australia’ (in Dutch only) can be requested by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you have questions about the (local) Australian market? Or would you like to receive practical information about specific sectors? You can send an email to the Consulate-General with questions relating trade at all times. Trade questions can be sent to email@example.com.
Business partner scan
Do you have ambitions to expand your business internationally? And are you searching for a business partner? Through a business partner scan, we can personally introduce you to potential Australian business partners. A business partner scan is an overview of contact information of potential business partners, who meet the criteria set by you. These can be agents or distributors, but also manufacturing partners or international organisations.
The business partners in your target market, who we then present to you, have been approached by us personally. These potential partners have indicated that they’d like to come intocontact with you. This way, you can benefit from our extensive network and knowledge of the local Australian market. Are you interested in a business partner scan? Please contact one of the consultants International Business at the RVO in The Hague on (0031) (0) 88 602 80 60 or contact the Consulate-General in Sydney via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every Dutch entrepreneur with plans for doing business internationally can be eligible for a business partner scan. You can even apply for a business partner scan when you are already active in the Australian market and are looking for new business contacts.
